HOW TO ORDER - use the product categories listed on the right to find the parts you need, or use the Search option to find a specific part. You can view our prices in GB Pounds, Euros, US Dollars or Japanese Yen, but please remember that we will invoice you in GB pounds. The exact conversion rate to your local currency will depend on the date of your order and your credit card company or bank.
VALUE ADDED TAX - all our prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax. Customers in the UK and European Union will be charged an additional 15% VAT.
SHIPPING CHARGES - we will let you know the shipping charge for your order once it has been packed and weighed.
PAYMENT - we do not ask for payment when you place your order. Once we have calculated the full cost of your order, including packing, delivery and any applicable taxes, we will e-mail you a confirmation invoice and request payment from you. We accept payment by all major credit cards but our minimum order charge for credit card payments is £20.00. If you wish to pay using American Express please note that we will ask you for an additional 2.6% handling charge to cover the higher fees charged to us by Amex for processing your transaction. We also accept payment by cheque if drawn on a UK bank, or by credit transfer from non-UK banks. We make a charge of £12.00 for credit transfers from outside the UK to cover the bank charges we have to pay for processing them.
