Shipping and Returns Policy

Please allow 10 days for delivery prior to inquiring about your order. We do not always have stock of all the parts shown in our catalogue and some parts may be shipped direct to you from our suppliers.

All our products are shipped using carriers who provide an internet tracking service. You will be notified of the tracking information for your shipment when the goods are despatched. It is essential that someone is available to sign for the delivery

Shipping Charges

Normal Shipping:

Shipping charges are calculated when your order has been packed and weighed. We will select the most appropriate means of carriage depending on the weight, size and destination of your parcel. Prior to despatch we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of shipping charges.

Foreign Orders:

Foreign order shipping charges will be coordinated with the purchaser by e-mail or telephone. We will ship by the most economic means possible unless otherwise instructed. Estimated delivery times for items we have in stock are given on the basis that no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licences. We will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of licence. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier invoices us for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check them before ordering.

Returns

No returns are allowed on any parts over 30 days after purchase. We cannot accept return of specially-ordered parts or used parts, nor can we accept return of new parts that have been installed or have been modified in any way. Items should be returned via a shipping method that provides tracking of package status, as returns cannot be processed for items that are not received. Items must be returned in their original box or packaging, in 'as received' condition.

Note - There may be a 25% restocking fee on some returned parts.

Damaged Goods

Important - Please inspect packaging and contents for damage immediately upon receipt. Inspect any opened or damaged packages and report their condition to the carrier. Do not break down or throw away the packaging when you unpack the goods as our carriers will require the orginal packaging for inspection in order to process any claim. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery or risk nullification of our exchange or refund policy. Every item shipped is thoroughly inspected for damage before shipping.

Please call us for authorisation before returning an item. Send a copy of the invoice and the reason for your return with the returned goods. Freight must be paid by you unless the item is defective. When faulty items are returned for exchange we will not ship replacements until we have received and inspected the faulty goods.

IMPORTANT

If you need to return goods to us for any reason please make sure you clearly mark the sender's name and address on the parcel. Goods lost in transit to us are your responsibility - by giving the sender's name and address the postal or carrier service you use will be able to return the goods to you in the event of a problem with delivery.
